ABOUT RENEWED & WELL

Renewed and Well (R&W) is a Life & Relationship Coaching Service. R&W aims to help people overcome mental, emotional and spiritual challenges in a relational context with Bible based, solution focused practices. R&W also holds events that that focus on various topics that intersect in mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. R&W operates under the umbrella of Renew Wellbeing Services, LLC.

Jonathan Edwards is the Relationship Coach for R&W. His coaching certificate is through Liberty University and the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). Additional experience comes from work as a public school teacher (2007-14), foreign missionary in Cambodia (2014-17), preacher (2010-present), and licensed therapy associate (2022-present). Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish; an M.Ed. in Literacy Curriculum and Instruction; an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Jonathan has been a Christian since 1996. His faith is the cornerstone of his life. He has been married to Marissa, a woman of virtue, since 2007. Together they have been blessed with three children: Gabriel, Evangeline, and Penelope. They currently reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. Jonathan currently serves as an evangelist for the Valley Parkway Church of Christ in Lewisville, Texas, USA. His Sunday preaching is available to watch at VP YouTube. Jonathan also operates Pure and Simple Bible, a website including a weekly podcast with guests, study workbooks, and high quality free resources for download.

In addition to being a Relationship Coach, Jonathan is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate in the state of Texas. it is imperative to differentiate this licensed work from what Jonathan does as a Relationship Coach. You can learn more about that practice here.
